Real Power is very excited to announce that the generator application for the 2011 - 2012 Ford F-Series pickup trucks is now available to order.  We are releasing an AC generator kit for the following platforms:

F-Series pickup: Crew Cab 2wd and 4wd

12kW kit: 52-00214-A

15kW kit: 52-00214-B

F-Series Cab Chassis: Crew Cab 2wd and 4wd

12kW kit: 52-00232-A

15kW kit: 52-00232-B

Note that the vehicles REQUIRE the Power Take-off provision (option 62R) and the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine to be compatible with the Real Power application.

Differences between the 2011 - 2012 Ford F-Series kit and the 2004-2010 Ford F-Series kit include:

·     This is a hot shift PTO system that no longer requires engine shutdown to engage the Power Take-Off gear. You just drive to your worksite, put the vehicle in park, engage the PTO and start generating AC power right away.

·     The drop-down gearbox uses the transmission fluid cooler line for lubrication and temperature stabilization.

·     Environmental coatings are now included at no extra charge for both 12kW and 15kW systems
